--RSUST Gets New Vice Chancellor:--

Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State, has
announced the appointment of Professor
Blessing Didia as new acting Vice Chancellor of
the Rivers State University of Science and
Technology (RSUST).
According to a statement by his media aide, Mr
Opunabo Nko-Tariah, the governor also
appointed Prof Boma Oruwari as acting Deputy
Vice Chancellor of the university. The former
Vice Chancellor, Prof Barineme Fakae has
completed his tenure.
“Both appointments are sequel to the expiration
of the tenure of Prof. Barineme Fakae as Vice -
Chancellor and are with effect from July 31,
2015,” it said.
